The AppleCare Protection Plan provides a consistent and convenient device support service for less than the cost of troubleshooting in-house – and with help from a dedicated, Apple-centric IT team. Processing tech problems and troubleshooting through an Apple specialist means:

AppleCare Help Desk

If you don’t have an internal IT team, or they don’t have any experience with Macs, AppleCare Help Desk Support is here to fill that need. It includes:

  • Access to two designated support contacts.
  • One year of unlimited support incidents for hardware and software diagnosis.
  • Troubleshooting and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions.

Apple Care Help Desk Support is available across the full range of Apple hardware, but if you’re only using iOS devices, there’s a custom support package available for you, too: it delivers support via phone, email and chat for advanced integration, migration, and server operation issues.

AppleCare OS Support

For support that goes beyond a first line help desk, backing up your team as they migrate to macOS and perfect their Apple integration, AppleCare OS Support is a great option. It includes everything in AppleCare Help Desk, plus support via phone, email and chat for advanced integration, migration, and server operation issues. AppleCare OS Support is available at three levels:

  • OS Support Preferred covers up to 10 enterprise level support incidents and provides a four hour response for priority one issues, 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • OS Support Select covers an unlimited number of enterprise level support incidents for two technical contacts from your organisation, provides a two hour response for priority one issues, 12 hours a day, seven days a week, and assigns a technical account manager to your organisation for one year.
  • OS Support Alliance customers covers an unlimited number of enterprise level support incidents across multiple locations for six technical contacts in your organisation and provides a one hour response for priority one issues, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This plan also includes an onsite review by an Apple technical support engineer and assigns a technical account manager to your organisation for one year.
